I needed an exercise form that i could preferably do at home purely with the intention of toning and firming, definitly not losing any more weight. Your articles have clarified teh issue and helped me make an informative decision. So pilates here we go!</description>

I contacted the company and they 'encouragement' me to send it back so that they could ajust it to fit perfectly.  I was amazed at the level of customer service I received.  I strongly recommend that you give them a try.</description>
